• If any part of this agreement is found to be unlawful, no other part of this agreement will be affected as a result.

  The user is not forbidden to use one of our servers (N.B. the user is not banned)
  - The user does not have the intention to earn money from our services
  - The user will only use our services for entertainment purposes

• The Maxlife Management and its staff cannot be held responsible for content placed on our website or servers by members.
• You may not conduct yourself in a manner that others may or do find offensive.
• The Maxlife Management cannot be held responsible for material which could be deemed unsuitable. It is your own responsibility to ensure are not exposed to this material.
• You may not intentionally expose minors to material that could be deemed unsuitable.
• You automatically agree with every decision made by the Management. The Maxlife Management will always make decisions to ensure that the server remains fun and playable for everyone. You agree with every decision regardless of any effects to you.
